Parking Lot
The parking lot at River's Crossing is flat, with dedicated disabled-access spaces close to the building. Please note that you will still need an OLLI parking tag along with your blue disabled tag. Most of our rooms are on the ground floor, while all other rooms are accessible via elevators.
Our off-site classes are generally accessible except when noted.
Assisted Hearing Loops
Two of our rooms (135 & 136) have assisted hearing loops. A hearing loop (sometimes called an audio induction loop) is a special type of sound system for use by people with hearing aids. The hearing loop provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by the hearing aid when it is set to ‘T’ (Telecoil) setting. It is the only assistive listening technology that can broadcast directly to a wide range of hearing aids, making them the most popular option for accessible audio in public spaces.
We will use these rooms whenever possible and ensure that presenters are instructed to wear the microphone.
