Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Celebration
Please join us at Thomas Farm Preserve for our Cinco de Mayo celebration on Tuesday May 5th at 11:30 am. Lunch will be served at 12:00. Let’s celebrate this holiday with festive music and learn how to Salsa with a Salsa demonstration and lesson. There will be some lawn games as well as a history of the Cinco de Mayo holiday and how it originated in the United States. If you would like,
wear some festive colors to celebrate. A taco lunch catered by LaParilla’s of Watkinsville includes 2 Tacos (chicken, beef or vegan) Corn tortillas, rice, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapenos, sour cream, shredded cheese, chips and salsa. Beverages to include water, sweetened or unsweetened iced tea or lemonade.
The pavilion is covered. There is only one designated handicapped parking space in the upper lot near the pavilion. Additional parking is in the lower lot below the pavilion.
