Linda Schuyler Ford
Linda Schuyler Ford is a Master Storyteller inspired by the enchanting folktales and landscape of Sleepy Hollow, NY. Her vibrant repertoire spans Hudson Valley tales, inspiring women’s narratives, and personal stories. As a former Sleepy Hollow Cemetery researcher/docent, she’s been dubbed “The Maven of Hudson Valley’s Gilded Age.” Linda also uses the healing power of narrative to support caregivers. Her talks

Join us for a tour and tasting at Third Rail Distillery. Located in Downtown Lawrenceville’s Depot District, Third Rail Distillery offers craft cocktails made from their signature spirits and fresh ingredients. Start with a behind the scenes tour of the facility to learn about how these spirits are made. Then, enjoy a tasting flight of Third Rail’s signature spirits: Gin, Wheated Bourbon, Rye, &Vodka. Our host will be their GM, Mick Taylor. With over 17 years in the industry, he will be on hand to answer any and all questions you may have regarding the production and proper consumption of these unique spirits.
Mick Taylor
Mick is the GM of Third Rail Distillery, having been with the company since December of 2023. Originally from New Hampshire and graduating from VSU, he posses over 17 years in the industry with his expertise ranging in everything from craft brewing to mixology.

Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” is his most enduring legacy. In this class, we will briefly consider the history of the song and its meaning before moving on to examine its role in various aspects of popular culture. We will end by looking at several responses to the work by contemporary artists and poets.
Elizabeth Kraft
Elizabeth Kraft is Professor Emerita of English from the University of Georgia where she taught from 1987 to 2020. Her field of specialization is Restoration and Eighteenth-Century British Literature, with side interests in classic Hollywood films and in the works of Leonard Cohen.
