We’re kicking off our Annual OLLI@UGA Fund Drive to raise $25,000 by January 10, 2022.
During these unusual and challenging times, OLLI@UGA has worked continuously to provide its members with new ways to keep learning and to stay connected virtually. And since May, OLLI has also restarted in-person activities with in-person classes added last month.
The Annual Fund Drive is an important way for OLLI to sustain and grow as we support both in-person and Zoom activities.
Giving a gift is easy. Simply click the "Give Here" button below, or mail a Check payable to OLLI Annual Fund, 850 College Station Road, Athens Ga 30602.
Thank you for supporting OLLI@UGA.
All donations to OLLI@UGA go to support our mission and help keep costs reasonable so that as many as wish to can participate.
OLLI@UGA is fortunate to have an endowment from the Osher Foundation, as well as operational support from the University of Georgia and the Mary Frances Early College of Education. The Osher Foundation money only covers a quarter of our annual expenses. As a result, we must raise funds from membership dues, course and activity fees, and donations from corporate sponsors and members.
OLLI@UGA is a community in which adults 50+ can thrive, learn, and continue to explore this world and make an impact. All gifts are gratefully received and there are several means through which to make a donation.
Thank you to our Donors for 2020-21 - please see a full list here.

The Fund Development Committee is partnering with the Curriculum Committee to offer an exciting new funding opportunity. It offers you a chance to sponsor an OLLI Class in recognition or honor of a particular person, an interest, idea, event, anniversary, or most anything.
There will be just one sponsor per class, so the first person who submits a request for that class will be the sponsor. These funds will be especially helpful to OLLI@UGA as they will go toward expanding and enhancing our members’ experience.
We have set a minimum contribution of $150 for a sponsorship.
This is a wonderful way to recognize a special event, person or interest.
Did you know you can leave a lasting legacy through OLLI@UGA?
There are many types of planned gifts that will allow you to continue to support OLLI, while lowering the tax burden on you and your heirs. The most common type of planned gift is a bequest in your will or living trust, but your financial advisor can outline other options.
Please contact OLLI@UGA executive director Tim Meehan, (706) 542-7715, for more information about giving to the program, either as a planned gift for later or a major gift now.
OLLI@UGA is housed and supported by the Mary Frances Early College of Education.
