UGA Benefits at OLLI

Your OLLI@UGA benefits include 3 UGA specific benefits; UGA Student ID, UGA Library Card, and an Affiliated membership rate at the Ramsey Center.  To sign up for these benefits, watch the video above, or follow these steps:

Sign up for UGA Student ID

With a UGA Student ID, you can take advantage of any of the student discounts offered at a variety of stores and venues in Athens.

Step 1:  Fill in the form provided at https://eu.jotform.com/212274097807056 .   Note:  If you will also be signing up for the Ramsey Center at this time, select that option in the form. When you hit submit, the completed form goes directly to the OLLI office.

Step 2: OLLI will contact the UGA card office with the information you provided, and the card office will send you an email.  Follow the steps in that email.  The UGAiD card will then be delivered to the OLLI office for pick up.  The cost to purchase the UGA ID card is $10.00.

Sign up for UGA Ramsey Center Affiliated Membership

Ramsey Center membership gives you access to the wide range of physical activities, from rock wall climbing, to swimming, to physical fitness classes.  The current cost for a UGA Affiliated membership can be found on https://recsports.uga.edu/memberships/  The fee is found under “membership Details >>>UGA Affiliate Memberships” section.

Step 1:  Pre-requisite: You need a UGA Student ID to join the Ramsey Center - See “Sign up for a UGA Student ID Card” above. 

Step 2: Once you have a UGA Student ID card, take it to the Ramsey Center Membership Services Desk (Recreational Sports Department) and tell the representative that you are a member of OLLI@UGA and that you would like to join the fitness center.  They’ll process your membership and ask for payment.   

Parking at the Ramsey Center (East Deck) -- Call Parking Services at 706-542-7275 to request a pass.  You'll need to provide your Student ID number, which is on the back of your Student ID Card.

Sign up for UGA Library Card

Your UGA Library card provides access to books, videos, etc plus online remote access to materials and database that are not available at the public library. (find out more at https://guides.libs.uga.edu/olli-guide)

Step 1. Email the OLLI@UGA office, olli@uga.edu, to request a Borrower’s card form.

Step 2. When the form is emailed to you, the library will be copied.  They check you’re an OLLI member.

Step 3. Take the printed, completed form to the Main UGA Library circulation desk, located at 320 S Jackson St, Athens for your card.
